Legal facts as the basis of subsidiary civil obligations

Abstract
The article examines the legal (actual) composition subsidiary civil obligations. The concept of legal facts and legal facts, states and their importance for the emergence of subsidiary obligations. Shows and reasonably required for legal evidence that is the basis of subsidiary obligations under the civil law of Ukraine.
