LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE LAND OF AGRICULTURAL APPOINTMENTS

Abstract

The article examines the legal basis for land protection, in particular, analyzes the norms of general and special legislation, reveals the main effective measures to preserve and increase the fertility of agricultural lands, and also points out the main ways of solving problems in this area of legal relations.
