Legal improvement of information security policyin local governments

Abstract
In the article, the author researched the peculiarities of the regulatory and legal regulation of the provision of information security in local self-government bodies. The author highlighted the factors which affect to the local information security. Also, author separated potential risks that could damage the municipal information environment. In conclusion, the author noted the lack of legal consistencyof information security and their subjects in the domestic legal regulation. As a result, the author proposed to develop the concept of information security of local authorities
