LEGAL ISSUES OF ACCOUNTING IN RUSSIA

Abstract
Legal Issues Accounting has not already been studying only in developed countries but also at the international level, within the EEC and the United Nations, but in our country, they remain largely outside the purview of local lawyers. Meanwhile, learning from foreign experience in the field of accounting is not only of academic interest, since it would greatly facilitate the establishment of a system of legal regulation of accounting and Russia's transition to international accounting standards. The main accounting problems of Russia are formulated in this report, now, and ways of their overcome, related to changes in federal laws and other legal acts
