LEGAL KONSEPTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS THROUGH THE CATEGORIES OF PUBLIK AND LEGAL VALUES

Abstract
This article devoted to the question the values of human rights as a legal category. The author uses the conceptual approach of normative theory and the theory of legal interest to justify the using statement, referring to the normative base of international law and the legal practice of ECtHR, as well as current domestic legal regulations. The author makes an attempt to identify the risks and threats for the promotion of human rights in Ukraine, as a value at the time of creation of the theory and practice of law. Also in the broadest sense of the public understanding of law.
