Journal Title: Наукові записки Міжнародного гуманітарного університету - Year 2016, Vol 25, Issue
Abstract
Lawful interest and subjective law are legal categories, which require conceptualization with regard to legal order. The right of individual to legal order corresponds to availability of subjective claims to the authority and redress of wrong caused by an offence to the aggrieved party by the state in the legal systems where maintenance of legal order is positioned in the context of social agreement viewed as the public authority’s obligation.
