LEGAL POSITION OF WARNING FOR EXEMPTION OF WINE FROM CRIMINAL LIABILITY

Abstract
The problem of legal position of victim is investigational from a crime in regard to liberation guilty from criminal responsibility inplane criminal and criminal judicial legal relationships. A conclusion is argued about the constraints of legal position of victim in the question of possible liberation guilty from criminal responsibility as on grounds General, so Special parts of criminal law of Ukraine. Suggestions are made about the correction of the indicated position by the new release of certain norms Criminal and Criminal judicial codes of Ukraine.
