Legal procedure on employees dismissal in case of entity liquidation or ceasing of the employer-physical person activity

Abstract
In this article is analysed the legal procedure of employees dismissal in case of entity liquidation or ceasing of the employer-physical person activity (Art. 86, paragraph (1) letter b) of the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova). The author elucidates the conditions which should be respected by the employer in case of such kind of dismissal. In present article is, also, approached the problem of valorisation of right to reinstatement of employees fired due to mass dismissal and protection of salary claims in case of employer insolvency.
