Abstract
The trigger of the economic-financial crisis on local, area and global plan, at the end of 2007 – beginning of 2008, led to the fundamental modification of development for economic-financial processes and phenomenon generated by the new conditions of the business environment, of the market, of social and psychological factors. This situation made mandatory the necessity to implement some new strategies of general and department-level management.
