Legal provision of foreign currency security of the state as a structural element of financial security.

Abstract
The article reveals the impact of the legal support of monetary security of the state on the level of financial security of the state as a whole. Proposals were made to the current legislation in the context of regulatory consolidation of the legal definition of “monetary security of the state”. The role and place of the monetary security of the state were indicated in the provision of citizens’ welfare in our state.
