LEGAL REGULATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL PROVISION FOR PERSONNEL WORK AND PROFESSIONAL PREPARATION OF THE SPECIAL COMPLEX OF THE MILITARY OF UKRAINE (HISTORICAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS)

Abstract
In the article it is revealed the content of the concept and the main components of the staffing of the police, it is described the process of forming the regulatory framework for personnel work in the context of the processes of the formation of an independent state. It is analysed the organizational and managerial activity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine concerning the formation and the activity of personnel divisions and the system of professional training in the bodies of internal affairs where the bodies and divisions of the police were an integral part.
