LEGAL REGULATION OF CERTIFICATION OF SEED IN UKRAINE

In this article are analysed the norms of home legislation what regulate the question of certification of seed. The analyis of concept «certification» is carried out and educed necessity of his revision. Was determined procedure of certification of seed and its legal regulation.
