LEGAL REGULATION OF GMO CULTIVATION IN THE EU COUNTRIES AND GERMANY

Abstract
The subject of research in this article is legislation of EU in the field of cultivation, usage,appliance etc. of GMO products, as well as creation of the national legislation principles in Germany based on all-European principles. According to the results of the research it`s stated that German legislation contains stricter requirements to the GMO cultivation and establishes responsibility for the damage, which was caused by GMO products. Herewith the social unions of Germanyplay one of the main roles in the legal regulation and control.
