LEGAL REGULATION OF INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORTATION IN A LINEAR SHIPPING AGENT BY THE OPERATOR

Abstract
In the article historical principles of formation of the institution of the contract of sea cargo transportation are investigated. It features its features, which consist in prevailing international legal regulation, which has a significant impact on national legislation. The issue of legal regulation of sea freight contracts with the issue of a bill of lading in linear shipping, the application of which is one of the modern organizational and legal mechanisms for the development of international maritime trade, is widely used in world practice.
