LEGAL REGULATION OF LABOR PROTECTION OF MINORS IN UKRAINE AND EUROPEAN COUNTRIES

Abstract
The paper is concerned with the comparative analysis of Labor Law Code of Ukraine and Legal Acts of the Republic of Latvia and the Republic of Lithuania. The innovations in the Labor Bill have been singled out. A number of International Acts on labor protection of the minors have been defined. Taking into consideration the experience of the above-mentioned countries the ideas for improving the regulation of labor protection of minors in Ukraine have been suggested. The perspectives for further investigation in this field have been outlined.
