LEGAL REGULATION OF LANDSCAPING OF THE TERRITORY AS AN ELEMENT OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE SETTLEMENT

Abstract
In the article, the essence of the concept of “landscaping of the territory of the settlement” is proposed, in particular, the actual vision of this term is proposed, with the justification of the expediency of its consolidation by introducing changes to Art. 1 Law “On the improvement of human settlements”. There was a lack of legislation on the provision of the greening of the territory of the settlement in the course of complex development of the territory and the norms for the protection, maintenance and restoration of green plantations in the process of development and approval of the General Plan of the settlement. It is proposed to eliminate this gap by introducing amendments to the Law “On the Regulation of Urban Development”.
