LEGAL REGULATION OF ON-LINE STORE ACTIVITIES

Abstract

Problem setting. In view of of rapid development the legislator does not have time to react to the changes taking place in E-commerce and for whatever the reason is the lack of legal regulation of many key aspects of this kind of activity, which gives rise to fraud in this area. Thus, it is important to create a quality system for E-commerce, since the regulation of the issues relating to it in the legal field will be an impetus for the further development. Analysis of resent researches and publications. Theoretical research of the relations in the sphere of E-commerce, in particular, the issues of its legal support, is devoted to the works of such Ukrainian and foreign scholars as Adamyuk D.I., Zhelihovsky V.M., Ivanov K.Yu, Pleskach V.L., Chuchkovskaya A.V. Article’s main body. Today, E-commerce is an integral part of everyday life. By studying the approaches of scientists to defining the concept of "Electronic commerce", it is evident that E-commerce is a highly effective form of exchange relationships, which is confirmed by statistical data. By studying the practical aspects of on-line stores activities, one can identify the most common schemes for selling and paying for goods through on-line stores. However, it should be noted and the occurrence of fraud in E-commerce carried out with the help of: lack of information about the seller and "non-branded stores"; that stores disappear from the market after successful scams; fake stores designed to collect information about customer cards; psychological factor, etc. Conclusions and prospects for the development. In order to improve the security of ecommerce we need clear legal regulation of such important issues as: ensuring quality assurance; providing proof of delivery; consolidation of the division of responsibility in the course of sending and returning the goods, mandatory introduction of a letter of credit for individuals, which involves confirmation of payment by the payment system, etc.
