LEGAL REGULATION OF THE USE OF ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN UKRAINE: PROBLEM ASPECTS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of the main problem aspects in the field of the use of assisted reproductive technologies. It was made an analysis of the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, the result of which revealed gaps in the legislation and legal regulation of relations in the field of assisted reproductive technologies. Problems of practical settlement of relations in the field of the use of assisted reproductive technologies are investigated through the prism of judicial practice, conflicts of legislation, as well as notes of the authors who specialize in the field of these relations.
