LEGAL REPRESENTATION AS THE BASIS FOR THE EMERGENCE OF CIVIL LEGAL RELATIONS

Abstract
The article deals with issues of representation on the basis of the law. The criteria for delimitation from the contractual representation are analysed and the ways of improving the effective civil law are determined, as well as the efficiency of solving problems of law practices regarding representation on the basis of the law.
