LEGAL STATUS OF STATE CONTROL BODIES FOR ACTIVITIES OF THE ARBITRATION MANAGER

Abstract
The article carries out a theoretical and legal analysis of the legal nature of control exercised over the activities of the arbitration manager. The author examines both the administrative and legal nature of the control activity and the administrative and legal status of the bodies controlling the actions and decisions taken by the arbitration manager as a public legal entity. Theoretical approaches to the notion of the legal status of the control bodies with reference to the system of specialized control bodies are opened, on the basis of which it is concluded that the legal status is the position of these bodies regulated by administrative and legal norms, which is determined through the purpose of their creation (state control over the activities of arbitration managers), is justified by the tasks and functions of these bodies, by the set of rights, duties and responsibilities of the subjects of control, and guarantied the optimal impact on the objects under control.
