Legal status of subjects economical activities, related with entities associated with high risk objects

Abstract
Analyzed the current legislation of Ukraine, aimed at regulating the economic activities related with high risk objects, conducting the comparative characteristics of the Law of Ukraine “About An Increased Risk” with international legal documents and the European Union, justified proposals for the removal of differences in the legal provision of these legal relationships and their codification current Commercial Code of Ukraine. Central position to the research is given characteristics and features of the legal status of the subjects of economic activity related to high risk sources, risk-based, argued the advisability of consolidation in the Commercial Code of Ukraine. Substantiates the idea of adapting the economic legislation with the normative legal documents and acts of the European Union. Proposals are made to perfection the existing Economic Code of Ukraine.
