Legal terminology through the prism of linguistics

Abstract
The article reviews scientific works on legal terminology, which include: theses, textbooks, manuals, monographs, and terminological dictionaries for the period from 2000 to the present. This made it possible to assess the revival and improvement of national legal term systems, expansion of the sphere of the functioning of the state language in them.
