LESSONS OF NANOELECTRONICS: QUANTUM INTERFERENCE AND DEPHASING IN NON-EQUILLIBRIUM GREEN’S FUNCTIONS METHOD
Journal Title: Сенсорна електроніка і мікросистемні технології - Year 2014, Vol 11, Issue 3
Abstract
Within the following in the series of the review and tutorial articles next topics are discussed in the frame of the «bottom – up» approach of modern nanoelectronics: elastic and spin dephasing modeling, account for non-coherent processes using Buttiker probe, 1D conductor with two and more scatterers, quantum interference, strong and weak localization, potential drop across scatterers, quantum oscillations in non-equilibrium Green’s functions (NEGF) method without dephasing and with it, destructive and constructive interference effects, four-component description of spin transport with account for dephasing, and pseudo-spin formalism.

SENSORY PROPERTIES OF HYBRID COMPOSITES OF POLY(3,4- ETHYLENEDIOXYTHIOPHENE) – POROUS SILICON
Film sensor elements based on hybrid systems poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) - porous silicon nanocrystals have been created. Using the method of infrared spectroscopy the molecular composition of the obtained materials...
PHYSICS OF NANOTRANSISTORS: GATE VOLTAGE AND SURFACE POTENTIAL, MOBILE CHARGE IN BULK MOS AND IN THIN SOI
In the third one from the line our new tutorial reviews, directed to serve students, university teachers and researchers, the physics of processes in the semiconductor substrate MOSFET was discussed. This physics is dete...
THERMOELECTRIC PHENOMENA AND DEVICES IN GENERALIZED ELECTRON TRANSPORT MODEL APPROACH
In the tutorial review article intended for researchers, university lecturers and students the thermoelectric Seebeck and Peltier phenomena are considered in the framework of a generalized transport model due to R. Landa...
OF IMITATION OF THE OPTICAL LOCATION DEVICE UNIFORM MOTION
The aim of the work is to develop a method of physico-mathematical modeling of opticalelectronic systems functioning conditions that solve the problem of reducing the time and cost of experimental studies. The main idea...
DEVELOPMENT OF AMPEROMETRIC BIOSENSOR BASED ON LACTATE OXIDASE FOR LACTATE DETERMINATION
The amperometric biosensor was developed for determination of lactate concentration. As a bioselective element we used the enzyme lactate oxidase, coimmobilized with bovine serum albumin on the surface of amperometric tr...
