LIABILITY FOR ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENCES RELATED TO CORRUPTION

Abstract
The article investigates issues of administrative liability for administrative offences related to corruption, analyses a legal composition of these offences, as well as procedural peculiarities of administrative liability for their commission. Different social and legal means and, first of all, the effective anti-corruption legislation in which an important role is assigned to various administrative-compulsory measures, including measures of administrative liability, should be involved in counteraction to corruption. The Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences foresees liability for a number of administrative offences related to corruption, the commission of which leads to administrative penalties. The article analyzes the content of such sanctions, examines the constituent elements of the legal composition of these offences, in particular, their object and objective side, subject and a subjective side, as well as procedural peculiarities of the occurrence of administrative liability for their commission. Separate proposals are made regarding the introduction of certain changes to the current administrative-delict legislation. In particular, in the articles 25 and 36 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences, it is necessary to make appropriate amendments regarding a fact that a basic administrative penalty or a basic and one or two additional administrative penalties may be given for one administrative offence.
