LICENSING PROBLEMS OPTIMIZATION MEDICAL PRACTICE

Journal Title: Правова держава - Year 2016, Vol 22, Issue

Abstract

Licensing of commercial activity in Ukraine has reached a new level, wherein there is a substantial liberalization and the development of partnerships between government and business. However, the health sector needs a long-term transition to the European standards of self-control and quality assurance of medical activity. The current legal regulation of medical activity license indicates that the state sets higher requirements to the economic entities in this area, requiring the passage of accreditation of health care institutions, but simplifies the formalities for the implementation of relevant procedures. The next step would be the unification of the requirements for natural persons who carry out economic activities for the provision of medical services to health care institutions, to simplify the accreditation procedure.
