Lichen planus, clinical diversity. Features of treatment of persistent forms of dermatoses
Journal Title: Український журнал дерматології, венерології, косметології - Year 2018, Vol 0, Issue 4
Abstract
The analysis of etiopathogenetic factors and clinical features of lichen planus is carried out. The basic diagnostic criteria of rare forms of dermatosis are determined. Immune disorders are detected in common forms of lichen planus, indicating a negative impact of endotoxins accumulated in the chronic course of dermatosis on the patient’s body. The proposed therapeutic algorithm for resistant forms of lichen planus is aimed at eliminating chronic intoxication and promoting the normalization of metabolic processes, stabilization of liver transaminases (among patients with increased ALT, AST), as well as a faster regress of itching and rashes.
