Abstract
Petruk Vasyl Hrygorovych was born on April 19, 1958 in the village of Kropyvna, Khmelnytskyi district, Vinnytsia region. In 1975, he finished Stupenetska Secondary School with a gold medal and entered Ivanovo Chemical-Technological Institute, which he graduated from in 1980 with a degree in chemical technology of electrovacuum materials. His qualification is chemical engineer-technologist. He also graduated from military department. His military rank is the captain of the reserve.
