LINGUISTIC ASPECT IN THE HISTORICAL SCHOOL OF LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to the linguistic aspect in the historical school of law. The emphasis is on denying the universal nature of law, since right, like the language, is a reflection of the development of the national spirit, its embodiment.
