LINGUOCULTURAL PRE-TRANSLATING ANALYSIS OF TEXT (based on A.K. Tolstoy's verses as the practical material)

Abstract

The relevance of the article is the need of the human society in professionally trained interpreters. The urgency of the requirements for a participant of communication , the translator or interpreter, is in the field of newly formed economic, social, political changes in society. It was determined that a professionally prepared is the interpreter with a formed linguocultural level which is used professionally. The article presents the results of using verses as a practical material for formating the linguocultural level in preparation for the process of translation. The author of the article considers at the stages of the pre-translation analysis as a mandatory initial stage of the translation. The linguocultural pre-translating analysis begins with the studying the creative path and life of the works’ author. It is shown the reasults of this studying on the example of A.K. Tolstoy, whose verses were taken as the practical material. We touched upon the problem of identifying modern successful educational forms during our work with A.K. Tolstoy's verses and original texts verses of G.G. Byron and G. Heine. It was found that linguocultural pre-translational analysis realizes the tasks of forming, teaching and informing about language and culture, without which qualitative translators and interpreters are not possible. It was also concluded that the use of works of art is an actual and effective material in the work, focused on the preparation of professional translators interpreters.
