Abstract
Imam Malik is one of the greatest scholars of Hadith and Fiqh. Therefore he called Muhadith and Faqeeh. His ideology on Fiqh developed into the Malikite school of thougth. His most authentic and famous book in Hadith is "Muwatta" (means a thing that is trample and made easy). He narrated in this book the Hadith of the Prophet (peace be upon him) according to the chapter of Fiqh, therefore it considered the first book in which he compiled the Hadith and Fiqh.
