Abstract
У статті здійснено аналіз розвитку людства через самопізнання та поступового об’єднання в окремого суб’єкта суспільних та правових відносин. Осмислення процесів глобалізації, поглиблення взаємозалежності між державами, а також глобальні проблеми, що впливають на людство загалом, вимагає розуміння філософського підґрунтя для подальшого юридичного впровадження поняття «людство» як суб’єкта прав.
