LJUDSKI RESURSI U FUNKCIJI DRUŠTVENO – EKONOMSKOG RAZVOJA

Abstract

Ljudi su temelj na kojem gradi i razvija gospodarstvo, pa je stoga nužno razvijati svoje znanje, vještine i kompetencije i podići ih na višu intelektualnu razinu. Upravljanje ljudskim resursima je izvedeno na individualnoj razini (kroz podizanje razine ljudskog znanja, vještina i kompetencija) i organizacijskoj razini (kroz podizanje razine organizacijskog znanja kroz suradnju zaposlenika). Rad predstavlja individualan pristup upravljanju ljudskim resursima podizanjem njihove profesionalne i emocionalne inteligencije, i organizacijski pristup poticanjem suradničke klimu među zaposlenicima i primjena mrežnih tehnologija. Kroz primjenu VAICTM metode, prikazani su rezultati učinkovitosti intelektualnog kapitala hrvatskog gospodarstva u razdoblju 2003 - 2009.
