LOCAL COLOR AND THE DISTINCTIVENESS OF THE HERO

Abstract
This article examines the unique artistic style of Uzbek national writer Shukur Xolmirzayev. Through an analysis of the stories "Ozodlik" (Freedom), "Jarga Uchgan Odam" (The Man Who Flew to the Rock), "Qariya" (The Old Man), and "Ota Yurt" (Fatherland), the issues of local color and the distinctiveness of the characters are explored in depth.
