LOCAL COMMUNITIES INVOLVED IN THE TERRITORIAL PLANNING OF SOUTH-BUKOWINA AREA. FACTOR AND EFFECT
Journal Title: Revue Roumaine de Géographie/Romanian Journal of Geography - Year 2016, Vol 60, Issue 2
Abstract
Even though all of Bukowina has no longer functioned as a territorial system in itself, yet it has preserved much of the characteristic features of an aggregate whole, standing apart by a certain way of life, humanized landscape and the behaviour of its population. Therefore, we have deemed it useful and important to undertake such a study on the relationship between local specificity and territorial organization, a prerequisite for the implementation of efficient local and regional development policies.
