«LOCAL NUCLEAR WAR» IN THE ESTIMATES OF H. A. KISSINGER

Abstract
The article is dedicated to «Local nuclear war» in the estimates of H. A. Kissinger, well-known American scientist and diplomat. The basis is book, which brought H. Kissinger first major success «Nuclear Weapon and Foreign Policy». At the time of writing the book scientist considered, that «local nuclear wars» strategically possess benefits over nuclear and non-nuclear total wars and local nuclear wars and also could be used as a decisive leverage in world diplomacy.
