LOGISTIC LEAN-APPROACH IN MANAGER’S WORK ORGANIZATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of the logistic lean production approach in the manager’s work organization. The logistic approach allows company to increase its efficiency and its manager’s work organization. The modern lean concept includes systems such Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, just-in-time, TPM, automatic maintenance, SMED, basic costs identification. 5S system is more useful in manager’s work organization in the company. This system includes the following elements: sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain. There are five levels of implementation of 5S system in the company: beginning, focus on basic, visibility, and focus on reliability, continuously improve. The main results of the implementation of 5S system are improving the quality of work and individual operations, creating a favorable psychological climate, increasing productivity, workplaces standardization.
