Logistic systems designing in the production system

Abstract
The analyses of the logistic cost structure in many countries have shown that its basic cost factor is transport (flows). The reduction of the transport cost in the production system can be achieved by production flows' optimisation and the selection of the relevant means of transport. Due to the probabilistic nature of the input parameters for designing the structure of the multi-subject units (spatial set-up), it is not possible to apply typical methods described in the professional literature. To solve this problem the article proposes the simulation model. The paper presents the use of the designed model to determine the structure for the variable working conditions.
