Abstract
Osteopoikilosis is a rare form of bone displasia which is usually an incidental radiological finding. The dis-ease has typical radiological findings and generally does not reçuire treatment; however, in the recent years, co-existing pathologies have been reported. İn this article, an osteopoikilosis case with İumbar spinal stenosis is presented and diagnostic and thera-peutic approaches are discussed.
