Abstract
The article deals with the main elements of the permissive system as a means of ensuring the effectiveness of the management of labor protection in Ukraine. It has been established that there are five main elements in the field of labor protection. Characterization of these elements and their influence on the efficiency of management of the system of labor protection in the country is given.
