Major premises for overcoming manifestation of asymmetry in financial markets

Abstract
The article investigates the causes and ways to overcome information asymmetry in the financial market. Showing benefits the state as the main regulator in addressing the manifestations of information asymmetry and justified, that minimization of information asymmetry due to government regulation information provision financial market should promote the formation in its members more clear assumptions about how to actually functioning financial markets, which increases their efficiency and stability and reduces the likelihood of shocks in the real economy.
