MAJOR PROBLEMS MATERIAL INCENTIVES OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES IN TRANSITIVE ECONOMY

Abstract
The problems of material incentives of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine. Shows the changes that occurred in transitive economy. The level of wages in Ukraine today is several times lower than in foreign countries. The article presents the most effective methods of material incentives. The reasons of the lack of professional staff. Attention is drawn to the need to develop motivational mechanism. Are the main disadvantages of wages in Ukraine. The basic problems arising from the imperfection of wages in agriculture.
