Making a Career in the Field of Fine and Applied Art: The Nigeria Perspective

Abstract

This paper examined the need to train students in practical related courses such as in the field of fine and applied art. In the discussion, major concepts were clarified, the pre-requisite academic requirement(s) needed for the pursuance of professional certificate in fine and applied art were analyzed while the job or career opportunities available to graduates of fine and applied art were concisely discussed. Conclusions were drawn and recommendation put forward.
