MANAGEMENT BY OBJECTIVES USAGE FEATURES AT SMALL BUSINESSES

Abstract
The article deals with an important tool of management - “managements by objectives” - that allows to connect various management levels, func- tional services and contractors activity. Management by objectives has the advantages and disadvantages. It promotes work planning implementation, helps to determine a place and a role of the process participant, approaches formal structure to informal, increasing contractors personal liability, invo- lving them into the company liabilities.
