Abstract
The article discusses the importance of improving the quality of training specialists in universities, corresponding to modern educational and professional standards. To achieve this goal, active interaction of all university departments is necessary. Particular attention is paid to the coordination of educational activities of faculties and departments, which allows creating a unified system that promotes the training of highly qualified personnel who meet the requirements of the labor market.
