MANAGEMENT OF BUILDING COMPANIES POTENTIAL BASED ON FINANCIAL PLANNING 

Abstract

During the period of transition and the development of market relations in the Ukrainian economy it continues to remain the problem of finding the optimization potential of the enterprise management. The lack of appropriate theoretical developments, the lack of practical mechanisms for the financial potential of the enterprise into a common technology strategic management, adequately meets modern requirements, on the one hand, and on the other, - the urgent need for the development of new approaches and methods of effective management of potential business structures in terms transition economy cause a contradiction between the practice management business structures in modern conditions and management practices of their potential. Therefore, in this paper we consider one of the most urgent today economic issues – the strategy of forming a production plan of the enterprise on the basis of financial planning as a factor in the effectiveness of management capacity of building enterprise. This aspect is oriented for the long term in conjunction with tactical tasks, so is a guarantee success of the enterprise in a complex competitive environment and must come from the final results of production to meet the needs of the market, the existing manufacturing process, the style and methods of management, the level of organizational culture. The aim of this study is to describe the scientific and methodological aspects of financial planning, influencing the development of construction enterprises in Ukraine. A key aspect is the united work of experience in the administrative-command economy and its adaptation to the competitive conditions of the market and to the specific work. The goals and objectives of financial planning and the measures that improve the efficiency of management capacity building enterprise are defined. It is also suggests in the article that strategies for optimizing the production program are based on the formation and mobilization of the available financial resources of the enterprise. The conclusions based on this study were drawn and the main principles of the formation of financial planning strategy were identified.
