MANAGEMENT OF EXPENSES OF THE INSURANCE COMPANY

Abstract
The theoretical and methodological bases of cost management from the main activity of insurance companies are substantiated. The paper reveals the economic essence of expenses from the main activities of insurance companies, their classification, their main factors of cost formation and their management mechanism. The main results of the study include: disclosure of the main nature of the costs of the main activities, taking into account the specifics of insurance activities; The need for a cost management mechanism in an insurance company is determined.
