MANAGEMENT OF FINANCIAL FLOWS AT ENTERPRISES OF HOTEL RESTAURANT

Abstract
The article analyzes the essence of the notions of «cash flow» and «financial flow», the distinction between them is determined. The theoretical aspects of management of financial flows of hotel and restaurant industry enterprises, main factors and parameters that determine it are investigated. The possibilities of optimization of financial flows at the enterprise are determined, taking into account the specifics of the industry.
