MANAGEMENT OF FINANCIAL RESOURCES IN THE STATE TREASURY SYSTEM: PRACTICE AND PRAGMATICS

Abstract
The article analyzes the remaining funds to the Single Treasury Account. The subject of research is the management of financial resources in the treasury. The special nature and the need for treasury control, the complexity of its structure and management of financial flows in the system of Treasury are proved. The high turnover of funds in the treasury is highlighted.
