MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATIVE PROJECTS IN ECOLOGICAL SPHERE

Abstract
The article deals with the features of development and implementation of innovative projects in the ecological sphere. There are determined the main stages of project formation. In structuring of the innovative project is considered the process of creating a «tree of goals» and «tree of work». The introduction of risk management methodology was proposed to increase the effectiveness of projects.
