MANAGEMENT OF LABOR RESOURCES OF RAILWAY TRANSPORT COMPANIES BASED ON KEY EFFICIENCY INDICATOR SYSTEMS

Abstract
The problem of improving the management of enterprises is one of the most relevant in the system of economic relations of business entities and acquires a pronounced exacerbation, usually at the stage of transition economies, in this case the transition of Ukraine to a market economy. Among such enterprises, railway transport enterprises that provide communication between all participants of industrial and non-productive spheres of the country. The article discusses the principles of developing a system of key indicators for railway transport enterprises, analyzes business processes and the specifics of the activities of railway enterprises, proposed a general conceptual mechanism for the development and application of KPIs for railway enterprises.
